Ex-Noma pastry chef Rosio Sanchez's taqueria in the Meatpacking District, and one of the reasons Copenhagen learned to take tacos seriously. Tortillas are pressed daily from imported Mexican corn, the fillings change and punch well above the casual counter setting, and it draws a genuine international following. Come hungry and expect a queue at peak — this is a destination taco stop, not a quiet dinner.
