A mall branch of Holm, one of Denmark's most respected family bakeries (three generations, since 1976), sitting inside Frederiksberg Centret with a bakery downstairs and a café upstairs. You get the same well-made breads, pastries and cakes plus café fare like sandwiches and salads, in the practical setting of a shopping-centre pit stop. Dependable and quality-minded, if not as charming as the standalone shops.
