The Spis take

A branch of Holm's, the family-run Copenhagen bakery-café that's been going since 1976 and now has several storefronts around the city centre. Reliable, pleasant stop for coffee, pastries, brunch and open sandwiches while you're pounding the Strøget shopping streets. Solid rather than destination-worthy: craft is good, prices are central-Copenhagen high, and it leans a touch touristy given the location.
