A single-minded Thai stall at Reffen from a Danish owner who spent 16 years in Bangkok, built almost entirely around pad krapow — the holy-basil stir-fry over jasmine rice with a fried egg — plus a red curry and stir-fried noodles. You pick your protein and your heat level, and 'Thai-style' means genuinely fiery, which is exactly the point. Focused, authentic and satisfying; just remember it's a seasonal Reffen booth (the old Vesterbro spot has closed).
