The Spis take

A small family-run Vietnamese spot on Nordre Fasanvej in Frederiksberg, opened in 2021 by Vinh Hien Do and his wife, doing the comfort-food canon: pho and other soups, banh mi, spring rolls, rice and noodle bowls, plus Vietnamese coffee. It's cozy and unpretentious, geared as much to takeaway and delivery as to sitting in, with vegetarian options throughout. A dependable everyday Vietnamese rather than a special-occasion destination.
