A serious little sushi bar that opened on Godthåbsvej in 2024, run by chef Alim Malkeyev, a Danish Nordic-championship finalist with decades behind the counter. Beyond the expected nigiri and maki there are poke bowls and an unusually strong vegan selection, making it a friendly choice for mixed groups. A cut above the average neighbourhood sushi joint, if not a fine-dining occasion.
