Billed as Denmark's smallest smorrebrod restaurant, Iben's tiny room opposite Nyboder turns out lovingly made open sandwiches to an almost cult level of praise — it's among the very best-reviewed smorrebrod spots in the city. The trade-off is the size: seats are scarce, so book ahead or come off-peak, and it works just as well as takeaway for the park. A lovely, personal alternative to the grand smorrebrod institutions.
