A little ice-cream house right on the Marselisborg marina, scooping homemade Italian-style gelato in a long roll-call of flavours, from rum-raisin and pistachio to liquorice and vanilla cheesecake. Hours bend to the wind and weather, which is part of the charm: this is a summer-evening, cone-by-the-boats ritual for Aarhusians rather than a year-round fixture. The setting does a lot of the work, but the ice cream earns its keep.
