The Refshaleøen summer outpost of Ismageriet, Copenhagen's much-loved Italian-style gelateria that's been churning ice cream from scratch since 2005. The base menu keeps the classics — chocolate, pistachio, nougat, amarena cherry — while seasonal sorbets lean on berries and fruit foraged nearby, so there's usually something new. It's a pop-up out among the industrial creative sprawl of Refshaleøen, so it's weekend-and-warm-weather focused, but the quality is the real, creamy deal.
