The Valby branch of Isoteket, Copenhagen's excellent organic gelato mini-chain that the Guardian once ranked among Europe's 20 best ice cream shops. Everything is churned from scratch with whole milk, cream and real fruit, no preservatives or shortcuts, and the day's flavor list rotates through unusual pairings like hazelnut-bergamot or coffee-lemongrass alongside bright fruit sorbets. It's genuinely a cut above the usual soft-serve, and at around 34 kr a scoop it's an easy, affordable treat on Valby Langgade.
