Istid on Jægersborggade was the first shop in Scandinavia to make ice cream with liquid nitrogen (since 2015), and reviewers enjoy the theatrical, foggy made-to-order process, creamy velvety texture and organic ingredients. The homemade waffle cone and friendly, passionate staff also get praise. Criticisms center on a limited flavor selection (only a handful daily), single-size portions and prices some find high for what you get.
