Jagger is Copenhagen's slick, design-forward answer to the American smash burger, founded in 2016 by ex-MASH chef Rasmus Oubæk and Christian Brandt, and now a small local chain with a cult following. This Nordhavn outpost fits the shiny new harbor district well: organic biodynamic beef, buns baked by the founder's twin, and thick milkshakes, all ordered at a counter. Reliable and genuinely good, though fans will tell you it's crept up in price and consistency wobbles a touch between locations.
