JINSEI is a small organic coffee bar on Islands Brøgge that grew out of its founder's Ikigai-inspired career change around 2024 — the kind of earnest, neighbourhood specialty spot Copenhagen does well. Expect organic coffee, plant-based milk options, a good matcha and fresh bread and pastries in a calm, personal setting rather than a bustling flagship. Worth a stop if you're on the Brøgge and want a quiet, values-driven cup.
