A proper ramen bar tucked inside Storms Pakhus, run by chef Jacek Lubinski, who ran his own Odense sushi spot before this. Three broths to choose from (shoyu, miso, and a peanut-sesame tantanmen with a kick), built with chashu, egg and pak choi. Food-hall setting means loud and communal, not intimate.
