The Danish-born global chain of juice bars and coffee counters, here in central Aarhus. It does what it does everywhere: pricey fresh juices and shakes, decent flat whites, and pressed sandwiches, all delivered fast by an upbeat, music-playing crew. Fine for a quick, healthy-ish grab-and-go, but you're paying chain prices for the format. Skip it if you're after somewhere with local character.
