Kafferiet bills itself as one of Copenhagen's original slow-coffee bars, going since 1998, and it's a genuinely charming little pit stop near Rosenborg and the Kastellet walk. Expect carefully made espresso drinks, a wall of beans to take home, and pastries like cardamom scrolls in a cosy, cloud-ceilinged room with a few outdoor seats. It's tiny and more about the ritual of a good coffee than a full meal, and they'll knock 5% off if you bring your own cup.
