The Spis take

A lakeside Nørrebro institution on the Peblinge Dossering, best known for its wooden deck floating almost on the water, which becomes prime real estate the moment the sun is out. Come for the setting and an unhurried beer or brunch with locals rather than for ambitious cooking; the menu is capable but simple, and on busy days the kitchen can be slow. It reads more neighbourhood café than destination, and that's the charm.
