Part grocer, part deli, part food-and-wine bar, KAYs is the Ørestad project of TV chef Martin 'Guf' Becker Rasmussen (of Nose2Tail fame), and it wears its ambition openly. Mornings bring sourdough pastries and poached eggs; lunch means proper Reuben sandwiches with house-made pastrami; weekends turn into shareable spreads — all in a spacious, design-forward room in the HUB1 building. It's a genuinely characterful all-in-one that lifts the Ørestad dining scene, if a touch more everyday-luxe than budget.
