Kennedy's is the archetypal Irish pub near the lakes in Vesterbro: dark wood, sports on the screens, a big whiskey shelf and a well-poured Guinness, with a Friday Irish jam session and a monthly quiz. It's warm, friendly and a bit cheaper than some of the city's other pubs, which is a large part of the appeal. You come for the pint and the craic, not for any surprises.
