Kilden i Haven sits in one of Tivoli's prettiest garden spots and is head chef Christian Hoffmann's take on a seasonal Danish brasserie, championing organic produce, sustainably caught fish and pasture-raised meat. Come at lunch for modernised smørrebrød with a view of the greenery, or in the evening for a more elegant, produce-driven Danish dinner. Hoffmann's pedigree (Hotel d'Angleterre, the royal ship Dannebrog, four years at Almanak) shows; it's one of the more serious kitchens inside the gardens, worth planning around a Tivoli visit.
