A small Vesterbro kebab joint (the original of a now-growing local group) that took itself unusually seriously — cold-fermented sourdough flatbreads, hand-rolled falafel, free-range lamb marinated overnight — and got rewarded for it, winning six stars from Berlingske and a reputation as some of the best kebab in Copenhagen. It's a genuine cut above the standard late-night grill, even brewing its own pale ale to match. If you think kebab can't be a proper food destination, this is the counter-argument.
