Copenhagen's grand old wine merchant, founded in 1875 and Purveyor to the Royal Court, in its historic Gammel Mønt shop stocking 1,800-plus wines and a deep spirits selection. The staff genuinely know their cellar, and the old cigar counter has become a charming in-store wine bar where you can drink from hundreds of bottles amid the history. This is a serious, slightly formal destination for wine lovers — expect quality and prices to match, not bargain bottles.
