Kjærstrup is a family chocolate maker from Snogebæk on Bornholm that opened this Valby shop on Toftegårds Plads in the old Bjørkman Chokolader premises. Beyond the handmade pralines and gift boxes there's proper barista coffee to drink in or take away, and in summer their signature flødebolle/cream-puff soft-serve and ice specialties are the real draw. A charming, distinctly Danish little treat stop rather than a meal - go for something sweet.
