The Spis take

A cosy café-bar at Nyhavn 13, right on the famous canal, doing Danish café fare, beer and rum at fair-ish prices for the location. Service gets good marks and the canal-side terrace is the whole point, but like much of Nyhavn it leans on its postcard setting more than the cooking. Fine for a beer or smørrebrød while you watch the harbour; not a foodie pilgrimage.
