Classic Danish comfort food in the old La Belle premises on Mindegade, behind a handsome wooden door. Expect the national roll call done generously: smørrebrød, stegt flæsk with parsley sauce, tarteletter, pariserbøf and a properly hefty bøfsandwich. Portions are big and the hygge is real, though a few diners note food can lean salty and service can drag on a busy day. A solid pick for traditional Danish food rather than anything reinvented.
