The Spis take

The café inside KØN (formerly Kvindemuseet), the Gender Museum on Domkirkepladsen, open to anyone without a museum ticket. It's a calm, atmospheric little room doing seasonal Danish dishes made from scratch with a sustainability and organic bent, good for a coffee or an unhurried lunch in the centre. A nice pause tied to the museum rather than a food destination in its own right.
