Kringlevrideren is a genuine old-school Amager bakery — one of the few left in Copenhagen still baking everything from scratch, which locals cherish (one calls it "the last bastion in Sundby"). Expect proper Danish rye, pastries and cakes with none of the hipster markup, opening early for the morning bread run. If you value traditional Danish baking over trendy sourdough, this is the real deal.
