Good forauthentic tonkotsu ramen
“
The Spis take
A small ramen shop in Amagerbro that has become one of Copenhagen's most hyped bowls in a short time, thanks to an uncompromising, Japan-faithful approach — a deep, long-simmered pork-bone tonkotsu broth and crisp gyoza on the side. Diners who've eaten ramen in Japan repeatedly call this among the best they've had outside it, and service gets warm reviews too. The one recurring caveat is ventilation: the little room can fill with the smell of pork, which purists shrug off as the price of the real thing. If you like serious ramen, this is a genuine destination.
