Not a restaurant so much as a cultural venue tucked into the protected Maskincentralen building in Carlsberg Byen, Kulturgeneratoren hosts art exhibitions, jazz nights, club events and seasonal pop-ups. When something is on there's usually a bar and often food stalls or a café corner, but it runs on an events calendar rather than fixed opening hours, so check what's happening before you go. Worth it for the atmospheric industrial space and a creative crowd.
