The Spis take

A small, intimate natural wine bar in the Meatpacking District where the soundtrack comes off vinyl and the pours lean toward organic and low-intervention European bottles, matched with a short list of seasonal small plates. Opened in early 2024 by Alexandra and Adam Thempler Svegaard, it's the kind of cozy, low-lit room made for lingering rather than a big night out. Note the tight hours: evenings only, Wednesday through Saturday.
