Laminata is a tiny artisanal pasta shop on Gammel Kongevej where Riccardo and Louise make fresh pasta and sauces on-site daily, having graduated from selling out of a cargo bike to a real storefront in late 2024. It's a takeaway deli more than a restaurant, ideal for grabbing tortellini, ravioli or a pre-ordered lasagne to cook at home, and they run pasta-making classes too. A lovely little neighbourhood find if you want restaurant-quality pasta to finish in your own kitchen.
