A small, sharp banh mi shop on Gothersgade (a little sibling to the Torvehallerne-area Hian) turning out proper Vietnamese baguettes — crackly crust, well-seasoned pork, chicken or tofu, pickled daikon and carrot, herbs and a hit of chili. It's cheap, quick and genuinely good, exactly the kind of no-fuss lunch spot worth knowing; social buzz around the sandwiches is warm, though it's a grab-and-go counter rather than a sit-down destination.
