Limdim is a small, warmly-run Thai kitchen out in the Flintholm/Lindevang area that punches well above its unassuming setting — regulars and Thai-food guides rate it as some of the best in the city. Expect fresh, properly spiced classics like pad thai, pad see ew and panang, with the heat adjustable and the welcome genuine. Worth the trek if you're chasing real Thai rather than the sweetened takeaway version.
