An intimate Italian wine bar in the Carlsberg City District from Giuseppe Oliva of SURT, pouring artisanal bottles from all twenty Italian regions alongside vermouth, negroni and plates of charcuterie and cheese. The ethos is refreshingly unpretentious: be curious, skip the jargon. A lovely, low-lit stop for an evening glass.
