A tiny French poultry stall in Torvehallerne famous for one thing: a duck confit sandwich of shredded, crisped duck with mustard and rocket on a light baguette, often called one of the best sandwiches in the city. Watching the vats of confit bubbling away while you queue is half the fun. Cheap, portable and genuinely excellent - if you eat one thing in the market, many locals would point you here.
