Maison is Hotel d'Angleterre's pastel-pink pâtisserie on the corner of Kongens Nytorv, opened in 2021 as a whimsical cake-and-macaron boutique with a few seats overlooking the square. Expect precise, prettily boxed French-style patisserie, good coffee and luxury-hotel prices to match. It's more a treat-and-a-photo stop than an everyday café, but for a beautifully made cake in an unbeatable setting it lives up to the polish.
