Restaurant Marselis sits inside the Helnan Marselis Hotel where the forest meets the bay, and its trump card is the view: a wall of glass over Aarhus Bay that few tables in the city can match. The kitchen works a seasonal, largely organic Danish brasserie menu that leans classic rather than daring, so you're paying partly for the setting. Best for a relaxed lunch or a special dinner when you want water, light and a proper wine list.
