The rooftop member of the MASH steakhouse family, perched on the 12th floor of the Tivoli Hotel with big views over Copenhagen and a menu of premium cuts from Japanese Kobe to Uruguay, USA and Denmark, plus a serious wine list. It's a polished special-occasion steakhouse — attentive service, good cocktails, that skyline — though the bill is steep and a few diners feel the experience doesn't always justify it. Come for the view and a proper steak, and expect to pay for both.
