The Spis take

A branch of Max, the Swedish fast-food burger chain, sitting on Gammeltorv in the tourist heart of the old town. It's a step up from the American giants on ingredient quality and has a notably broad veggie/vegan lineup, but it's still a predictable chain burger, not a Copenhagen food experience. Fine for a quick, reliable feed when you don't want to think about it.
