The Spis take

The casual pizza-and-beer offshoot of Mefisto in the Latin Quarter, opened in 2023, built around long-fermented (48h+) cold-risen pizzas and a deep list of Jutlandic microbrews (50-odd beers). At its best it's a genuinely good, low-key pairing of proper pizza and craft beer with a fun atmosphere. Service can wobble when it's slammed, and the odd pizza comes out a touch burnt underneath, but the value is good.
