A cosy French-Alpine specialist in Carlsberg Byen (opened early 2026) built entirely around melted cheese: authentic raclette scraped from quarter-wheels at the table, plus fondues from classic Savoyard to bolder riffs, charcuterie and a French wine list. It's a fun, social, share-around-the-table format — great in cold weather or with a group — though at 290–350 DKK a head for raclette it's a treat rather than a casual drop-in. New enough that the reputation is still forming.
