A focused Japanese ramen shop (this is the inner-city branch of the small Men-O group) that makes its own noodles daily and takes its broths seriously — tonkotsu and the like, plus donburi, gyoza and karaage, with a vegan ramen for the plant-based crowd. It's a regular on Copenhagen ramen crawls and a dependable pick when you want a proper steaming bowl rather than a compromise. Casual, quick, and better than the city's ramen average.
