Aalborg's Latin American tasting-menu destination, from Anne-Marie Menéndez and Kim Jeppesen (the Nam team) drawing on her El Salvador and Bolivia roots. The whole point is the 6/9/10-course journey with tropical cocktails, now in bigger, more striking rooms at Vesterå 4 (the old Struktur space). Come to be walked through a menu, not to order a plate.
