The Spis take

Vietnamese cafe at the top of Ryesgade opposite the train station, cooked by two chefs who trained at Asian resorts. Pho, banh mi, poke bowls and bubble tea done with care and a bit of Scandi produce. Solid and honest rather than a knockout, and a genuine break from the pedestrian-street chains.
