Meyers Post is Claus Meyer's big, handsome brasserie tucked into the old red-brick postal building on Ostre Alle in Osterbro, complete with a green courtyard garden that comes into its own in summer. Expect seasonal, ingredient-forward Danish cooking, smorrebrod at lunch and a broader menu at dinner, in a room built to host everyone from a quick solo lunch to a 130-strong party. It trades on the polished Meyers name and the setting is genuinely lovely, though as with several Meyers spinoffs the food can feel like it costs more than it delivers, so go for the room and the garden as much as the plate.
