Martin Ib's deli and food market in Pakhusene on Aarhus Ø, effectively the pantry of the harbour district: gourmet pizzas, sandwiches, ready meals, charcuterie, freshly baked bread, cakes and barista coffee, much of it made in-house. It's a grab-and-go and provisioning stop more than a sit-down meal, handy if you live or work on the Ø. Reliable quality from a serious local operator, best treated as a food market rather than a restaurant.
