Aarhus chef Martin Ib's take on the buffet, and nothing like a hotel spread: you pay one price for an all-you-can-eat, all-you-can-drink gourmet run of veg, fish, seafood and meat sent out from an open kitchen in a moody warehouse on Aarhus Ø. Great fun for a group with an appetite, but it is a fixed-price commitment, not a light bite.
