Opened in 2024, Mimino bills itself as Denmark's first proper Georgian restaurant, bringing khinkali, khachapuri and a curated natural-wine list to Østerbrogade. The pull is authentic Caucasus cooking and warm hospitality, with live Georgian piano some evenings — a genuinely different night out in a city that had no real Georgian option before. Reviews are somewhat mixed on price and service consistency, so go for the food and atmosphere and keep expectations flexible.
