The reincarnation of a well-known Aalborg name: after Mimi's Sushi left Algade over high city-centre rent, owner Yen Trinh reopened on Østerbro doing the authentic Vietnamese food she wanted to cook. A short, focused menu of spring rolls, summer rolls, wonton soup and a handful of mains. Mainly takeaway, with a few seats overlooking Østerbro.
