The louder, looser second act from the Misterbianco team — a proper Italian pasta bar on Vesterbrogade run hands-on by a group of Italian friends who cook, pour and chat their way through the room. Expect house focaccia, rotating antipasti and handmade pasta (cacio e pepe, slow ragu, truffle-pesto pappardelle) inside graffiti-splashed, deliberately unpolished walls, with most dishes available gluten-free. Critics have called it something Copenhagen was missing, and it earns the hype: warm, unfussy, genuinely Italian. Book ahead — it's small and popular.
